Ordering Information
All orders are processed in the order they are received unless the purchaser has requested a future ship date. Most orders will be shipped out the day the order is received or the following business day. However, please allow enough time for us to process the order, taking into account that there may be several orders ahead of yours, of varying sizes.
Secure Online Ordering
All orders are processed through Google Checkout. In this way, we do not handle your credit card information. Google has excellent infrastructure and methods to assure you have peace of mind in handling your credit card information. Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your basket plus shipping and handling within the continental United States and tax (if applicable). For now, we are only shipping inside the United States.
After your surprise Can has been shipped, we will also email you a shipping confirmation email and package tracking information.
Shipping and Handling
There are two ways of shipping, Standard, or Express; both Standard and Express Shipping will have a tracking number that will allow you to have an estimate of when your Canned gift will arrive. Standard shipping should take from 3 to 5 business days after we send your order (allow an extra business day for this). Express shipping should be overnight delivery, but you should remember that in this case we must also process your order and you should allow an extra business day as well.
Google Checkout gathers the billing and shipping information. If your billing and shipping address is different, please enter this information when checking out.
Return Pocily
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, please mail back the total content of the Can in its original package, to Surprise Can LLC to the below address, for a full refund. Please include a copy of the receipt with the words “Return” on it.Surprise Can LLC
